The meeting was held at the Baylands golf club after the ILN Shotgun tournament and lunch. ~60 members were in attendance. Lunch was served.
1) Results of the tournament announced
2) Introduced board members and roles (Doug Marinkovich)
a. Upcoming departures at end of ’24:
i. Doug Marinkovich
ii. Nick Williams
iii. Chuck Pickett
b. Seeking new board members
i. PAGC is a volunteer organization
ii. Two “paid” positions: treasurer, and web/marketing
3) Announced need to draw down winnings at Baylands pro shop
a. $13,544 currently on the books
b. 18 people account for 39%

a. Membership: high of 403 in 2023, current 335, expecting 370 by YE
b. Breakdown on major spending items in budget
i. $23,760 collected from membership (after fees)
ii. $16,779 goes to NCGA fees
iii. Junior Golf donations $3630
iv. Member management $4800
v. Apps $3500
vi. Bank balance $5500 @YE2023; est $1978 YE2024
6) Communications Update (Franco Montes)
a. Discussed website, Member Planet, Golf Genius
b. Will provide feedback link after every tournament
7) New PAGC Scoring Policy communicated to membership
8) PGA Superstore partnership by Nick Kendall
