The tournament format is a 2-man team best ball (also known as Four Ball). This tournament will be selecting 3 teams to represent the Club in the NCGA Senior Four Ball tournament.

Though, please note that this club tournament is OPEN to all players regardless of age - there will also be a regular club Four-Ball event with 3 flights competing for prize money and TOC points.

To qualify for the NCGA Senior portion, players must be 55 years of age as of September 1st.  Three teams will advance to the next round of qualifying in August at a nearby course. Qualifiers from the second round of qualifying will move on to the finals at Poppy Hills in September.

Play will be at 85% of the course handicap. For the Senior NCGA qualifier, the maximum player index is 18.4 (25.4 for women) and for the club four-ball event there is a maximum  index of 54.0.
