New Mobile Scoring Policy – Proposed new policy to require live mobile scoring in Golf Genius. Here is the approved policy:
Everyone is expected to use the official Golf Genius mobile scoring platform for our tournaments.
Every foursome should keep a backup scorecard. Assign (1) of the players in the group to record this. Failing to adhere to this, no discrepancy edits will be possible. There needs to be (2) player signatures and a date on the backup scorecard.
If there are any mistakes on your scorecard, after your score has been certified, there is only (1) way to fix it. Provide your backup scorecard to the TD, within (1) hour of your round ending (text, email or presenting the backup scorecard to the TD). If the backup scorecard shows a discrepancy to a player's certified score, the backup can be used to make the change.

Discussion of playoff policy – decided that only the 4 majors will have an on-course playoff. Doug will have a conversation with the Baylands management about how to make this process smoother.
Finances – Standard finances this month. We still have a projected end-of-year balance of $1000.
Tournaments – all recent events have sold out, including 4 extras at the 4-ball.
2025 Schedule – Starting to contact courses for events. Also, planning courses based on standard drainage and weather conditions (example: avoid east bay and San Jose in the summer,etc...)
Communications – Spring newsletter going out on March 15th. Voted to approve PGA Tour Superstore promotion in newsletter in exchange for deals for club members, such as free labor on re-grips with purchase.
Handicap report – Two exceptional rounds, both during 4-ball. 25 players soft capped, 2 hard caps. Tournament directors, make sure scores are posted day-of event for PCC purposes.
