Board Meeting

February 8th, 2024

Attendees – Doug Marinkovich, Nick Williams, John Driver, Christopher Walker, Franco Montes, Chuck

Pickett, Chris Dierkes. Niraj Jain

• January Meeting Minutes approved

• Honorary Members list (7) – Sprenger, Zarnoch, Sheppard, Padilla, Cole, Osness, and Frykland

• Ball marker now available.

• Finances – 2024 Budget is built. Expenses and income are now reorganized into correct

categories. Projected balance of $1000 at end of the year. Income based on projected 55 more

members signing up throughout the year (on top of 323 current members).

• Communications – Q1 newsletter set to go out on March 15th. Website was cleaned up and

updated for better viewing. Also, pictures will be updated with major winners as year goes one.

• Tournaments – two pace-of-play issues at January events. New member was slow from the

beginning due to players spending too much time looking for balls and team-reading putts.

Corica event was due to course sending out public groups in the middle of our groups.

• Handicap – 18 soft cap, 3 hard cap. 1 exceptional score, but player no longer in the club.

• Membership – 325 current members.
